This warranty does not cover any existing plumbing fixtures or other materials not originally installed as new by Replumb Specialties, Inc. Adequate precautions should be taken to prevent against freezing, animals, or any other natural element. Replumb Specialties, Inc. will not warrant freeze damage or neglect of any type.
